ICON EMBASSY, Madrid – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel had spacious, clean, and well-decorated rooms, but they were a bit small. The staff was helpful and friendly overall, except for one individual on the last night of our stay. The location was magnificent in a fancy area, although some minor details could have been improved. The dining experience was very good, with highlights in a beautiful, modern, and cozy setting, but lacked fitness facilities for the value.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite nice and spacious, equipped with all the essentials like Wifi and TV, although my specific room was a bit small but very clean and cozy. At first, I was a bit disappointed with the location as my room faced the inner yard with limited light and a view of a wall, which felt a bit dreary. However, the staff completely turned things around with their super helpful and nice attitude, making my stay much more pleasant than I expected.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location right in the center of Salamanca, offering convenient proximity to everything you might need. The rooms, though slightly smaller compared to other hotels in Madrid, are modern, well-stocked with bathroom supplies, and impeccably clean. The service, particularly from Felipe and Miriam, is top-notch, providing fantastic assistance and recommendations. The dining experience offers good value with a great buffet selection and cooked-to-order options.

The hotel is located in the vibrant Serrano area at the center of Madrid, surrounded by fashion stores, and offers a marvelous stay with delicious breakfast and excellent service. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, though the staff could improve on patience. Overall, a great value for the money.
